This site and The Complete Food Manual are operated by The Pasteur Way. For any question about your data, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to contact@pasteurway.com — that address is monitored and answered.
Your email address, name if you provide one, country, and a record of the purchase. This is needed to deliver the file, honour the refund guarantee, and meet accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for the accounting records.
Card details are never seen or stored here. Payment is handled by Buy Me a Coffee and Stripe, who act as independent controllers for the payment data they process.
Aggregate page-view statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics — pages viewed, referring site, country, browser, device type. No cookies are set and no individual visitor is identified or tracked across sites. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Your message and address, kept only as long as needed to deal with the matter.

This site and the Manual are intended for adults. Data is not knowingly collected from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, write and it will be deleted.
