These terms apply when you buy The Complete Food Manual through pasteurway.com. Please read them before purchasing — buying means you accept them.
The Complete Food Manual is sold by The Pasteur Way. All questions, refund requests, and delivery problems go to contact@pasteurway.com.
Checkout is operated by Buy Me a Coffee (Publisherr Inc.), with payments processed by Stripe. Their own terms apply to the transaction itself.
The Complete Food Manual — a downloadable PDF ebook of 222 illustrated pages covering more than 100 foods across eight chapters. There is no physical product. Nothing will be shipped.
The price is US $29.99, shown at checkout before you pay. Depending on your country, VAT or sales tax may be added or included at checkout; the total you approve is the total you pay. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
The download link appears immediately after payment and is also sent by email. The file is large, so download it over Wi-Fi. If the email has not arrived within one hour, check your spam folder, then write to contact@pasteurway.com and it will be sent manually.
If the Manual is not for you, write to contact@pasteurway.com within 30 days of purchase and the full amount is returned. No explanation is required.
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once delivery begins — but only if you gave prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right. If that confirmation was not obtained, the 14-day right remains yours in full. In every case, the 30-day guarantee above is more generous and applies regardless.
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read, store, and print the Manual for your own use, including printing copies for members of your own household. Copyright remains with The Pasteur Way.
You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, or republish the Manual or its illustrations, in whole or in part, nor use its contents in commercial or training materials, without written permission.
The Manual is educational material, not medical advice. It reports what published studies measured; it is not a diagnosis, a treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Nothing in it should be used to start, stop, or change any prescribed medication or treatment. Speak with your doctor or pharmacist before changing your diet, particularly if you are pregnant, have a diagnosed condition, or are taking medication. The Pasteur Way accepts no liability for outcomes arising from use of the material, to the fullest extent the law allows. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you are a consumer, you keep the full protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence, and nothing in these terms limits that. Most problems are solved by email — try that first.
